I had to update this review althought I stated about the interview with Diane lynn hollenbeck. What ever she put in the system they denied me, what she said to me didn't make sense either, but it doesn't matter because its plenty jobs out there. However I recieved an email From Carol D Perterson saying Thank you for your intrest if we have anything come available to best match your talents an skills we will contact you. when I saw this, I new right then that was unreasonable. You all are a call center who handles Auto glass an FNOL claims. What other skills and talents will you have to come up for people. And what other skills and talents have I given you. You all are not going to have nothing but what already got, because that all your company is for and about. But I know there will never be cashiers, stockers, cosmetics, clothes & accessories, or anything else of a sort in safelite solutions. You don't have to say things out of the ordinary to deny people. That doesn't make sense.

Great place to work. Have always worked with me when I've needed time off or schedule changes. Makes being a single mom a little bit easier. Job coaches and management are great.

Today I was interviewed by Diane Lynn hollenbeck. She ask me a few question, but when come to you'll hear from us in next 2 days an you gon contact recruting to see if the next step gon be for the person you ain't got no job an recruiting doesn't hire you, they just set up interviews an up to you to hire or not hire. I know for the simple fact I've heard things before that insinuates you are not getting a job offer. Thats ok cause when someone wants to hire you they don't send you out the door an go around about, just let me know with honesty that you are not intrested I like for it to up front an direct. Know I'm waiting for them to send me an email an tell me that they're going to persue other candiate. But thank you for the interview at least.

Terrible place to work. At one point they were bringing in people under active murder investigations simply because that person was a team leads son. They send everyone home early, and those that don't leave get stuck with too many calls and not enough staffing that they have to put other departments on phones, which means other jobs don't get done. It was a joke.
