Been to the dealership in Dubuque, IA. Been to the dealership in La Crosse, WI. Would go back for any service or sales related issue in a heartbeat. Avoid this dealership. They'll do shoddy service work that requires you to get it reworked from another shop and refuse to reimburse you for it. I've been brand loyal for over 10 years and this one location has me reconsidering. Good job.

Brought my car in for an alignment, they told me they could not get the camber setting perfected, that it was off by 2 degrees. Still charged me $150 for the job and the car drives just as badly as before. After driving the car, I asked for refund, and they are refusing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE.

I am frustrated with Allen one of the salesmen here. Drove 5 hours to find out they sold the car we told them we were coming to look at. We were not informed that the car was being sold until we were 1 hour away. Terrible customer service.

We drove 5 hours to look at a car after telling the salesman we were coming only to discover they had sold the car before we got there. Disappointing customer courtesy and a waste of time. Be careful.

To be fair, it was a little bit expensive but I mean it's a dealer service department that's to be expected and it was for a Prius service so I don't know if I feel comfortable taking it to any other shops. Don't want to risk a standard mechanic not knowing a thing that you only do on the Prius for just a normal type of service. Also only went in for an oil and filter change and was happy to know after they inspected my front brakes that were sounding like they needed service pretty bad even when my appointment was after 3:00 p.m. they were able to just do a break job without having to make another appointment which is fantastic. Since I'm a delivery driver I only have certain days that I can actually get my car worked on and I need my car like everyday so it's a bit of a pain if I have to leave it somewhere overnight. Many service departments will say they'll have it done by morning only to find out that they still have to do it in the morning when you get there to pick it up. So expedited service is very nice. And the car a 2018 Prius hybrid 5D lift back with a little over 100K miles is now driving perfect again.

Toyota does a good job, but they are sure expensive. I have a hybrid car and when the battery is bad it's typically one cell that is bad which can be replaced for $25 plus labor. They refuse to take out one cell but instead take out the entire battery and replace it with the new one. The part costs almost $2,000 plus labor. He said that whether you change one cell or the whole battery the labor is about the same.

I have taken all three of my Toyota vehicles here for years and have never had an issue until recently. I just recently moved to a new state and was do for a tire rotation, upon the multipoint inspection I was informed that my brakes were metal on metal which came as a huge surprise as I routinely take my vehicle in every 5000 miles for it’s scheduled maintenance and NOT ONCE has CR Toyota notified me of issues with my brakes. In fact my last two inspections they have been marked in the green. I drove my vehicle over 15 hours moving to a new state under the impression my vehicle was sound. When brought to the attention of the service manager he stated that it is my issue to deal with despite the fact their negligence put my life and others at risk, not one but multiple times. This makes me question whether the services I paid for were ever performed in the first place. I am deeply unsatisfied with the response of the service manager and their complete disregard for quality and safety standards they hold for their customers.
