We were out of town for weeks dealing with family issues and Tendai knew we were watching and waiting for the perfect Rogue and the perfect time to make the purchase he kept us updated on promotions and rebates! After several text and some negotiating he said send us a down payment and we will hold it for you! We got the this morning and everything was all written up and ready to go Todd was great helping with the paperwork! Tendai trained us on using everything in the car now we need to practice !! We keep going back because they truly care about their customers and we love the services they provide!!”

“Great care wash. Easy to pay at the kiosk, and it's affordable. I like the personal service at the beginning when they use power washers to get the bugs off. On my last visit, I upgraded to get my wheels washed better, but it didn't really do much.”

“I tried the festival car wash up by mcdonald’s by main street and couldn’t get the card feature to work. I came here with cash used that and the cutest neptune coins came out. The pressure was great the soap feature not the best but I called and they said they have a repair man coming to fix it very soon. The brush feature worked great so did the wax and spot free rinse. Highly reccomend. I drive a very big silverado 2500 and it took me 18 minutes to wash. Highly reccomend great price.”

“Living on a gravel road makes it hard to keep our vehicles clean. Had to make a trip to Reinbeck on this particular day. My dirty windows were getting the best of me and was hoping there was a car wash so I Googled it and found Festival. For $8 I thought it did a great job!!! Highly recommended!!”

I was vacuuming my car and I guess he noticed by the sound the vacuum wasn’t working right, he came over and reimbursed me and then some for the vacuum, when I moved to the next one, after he tested it for quality, he immediately cleaned out the one that was malfunctioning.
