“I can’t say enough good things about Brookside Veterinary Hospital. They have been by my side for years, caring for both of my cats, and most recently guiding me through one of the hardest challenges, my cat’s diabetes diagnosis this past year.
When I walked into their office, I was overwhelmed with fear and grief, still reeling from losing my partner just five months earlier. The thought of losing my best friend on top of everything else was unbearable. But Brookside stepped in with compassion and reassurance. They didn’t just treat my cat, they supported me. They educated me, encouraged me, and reminded me that I could do this, that with the right changes, my cat could return to a manageable, healthy life.
Dr. Bell has been incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain things as many times as I needed until I fully understood. And the techs, every single one of them, have been amazing. Special shout out to Ann, who goes above and beyond every week to make sure my cat’s special glucose support food is ordered and stocked. When I missed an order once, she tracked down five or six emergency cans from another facility just 20 minutes before closing and arranged for me to pick them up immediately. That level of care is rare, and it means the world to me.
I have also called with emergency concerns after hours, and I have always received a phone call back. They get my cats in quickly and efficiently during those moments, which gives me so much peace of mind. I know my cats are in the best hands and hearts here at Brookside. I truly have so much love for all of you.
From answering calls to scheduling appointments and handling supplies, the entire team has shown nothing but warmth and genuine concern. Brookside isn’t just a veterinary hospital, they are a lifeline, and I am so grateful for everything they have done for me and my cats.”

“Dr Goetsch has went above and beyond for my senior kitty, Boo. I brought Boo in for the first time here when she was very sick & honestly thought I would lose her. The Doctor was honest, but gave me options and didn't pressure me into anything. In the end, they hospitalized my kitty and have been so involved in her recovery. They communicate and keep in touch so well, are good at working us into the schedule, very up front with costs & are reasonably priced. I have never taken my kitty to a place where I feel so at peace with the care she is getting. From the receptionists, to the techs, to the Doctors, it has all been so positive. “Excellent staff excellent doctors. Being a truck driver on the road and a long way from home it's difficult when you have a problem with your pet. This wonderful place made it possible to bring her in and be seen. They took the time to explain what was going on with her . They took excellent care of her and got her feeling much better. With medicine and some new food she is almost back to her self again. I want to thank everyone there for seeing her on such short notice and helping her. You guys are awesome and I recommend this place highly.”

“We were referred to Purr-Sonal Care Cat Clinic when our Dobby became very ill. We were driving 1.5 hours each way for his visits. They were wonderful and truly tried to save him even though we were all stumped on what was wrong. Things didn't end the way we wanted, but all the staff there were very caring and compassionate. Several days after we brought Dobby's cremated remains home, we received a sympathy card from them in the mail, everyone personally signed. I will treasure that card forever. Got a spay for my kitty and it was reasonably priced with lots of care options.

She was in and out. Not traumatized. Got to be with me ASAP, once they decide she could come home. She was still a happy plucky kitten. A little out of it. But again. Not traumatized.

I later had an emergency with another cat. They picked up the phone at 10:30 at night to help me troubleshoot. I really really appreciated the call.

“I can only sing high praises about all of the staff! Had a sick puppy and was turned away from far too many vet clinics who claim to do emergent care. They do, IF you are already a client but refused to help me. I called Dr. Budreeau's office and they were immediately willing to see me and my puppy with the hour. They took a thorough exam, discussed his care with me in detail and in a way I could understand. The entire staff treated my pup like he was golden and precious. They treated me with respect for my fears and concerns. They are amazing and the only vet I will use from here on out!”
