I am very disappointed with the service. I was having ac issues and evap issues and set up an appointment. The truck sat there for a month with no communication, and I had to come in and figure out what was going on. After diagnoses, I was told it's an ac line that is impossible to get, so that's why it is sitting there. I got the part number and had the ac line in 3 days. Had it installed and they didn't even do a vaccum test to see if it would still leak and it turned out that the evaporator was leaking and I got charged for all the refrigerant cause it all disappeared. So I replaced the evaporator and had them recharge it, and it worked. I was told that the evap leak was on top of my fuel tank, and yet they replaced the part under my hood instead, and it was not the issue. Anyway, after all of this, I received a small bill of 1200 dollars.
