“Called to ask about mortgage loan. The lady answering didn't know anything but had me set up a meeting in person with who would. Went in was told they didn't do first time home buyer loans which could of easily been over the phone instead of taking time off work to be told that. They were all kind, but we're not efficient on how to portray that information.”
