I just had the worst experience at Casey’s on the NE side of town. I ordered a Veggie pizza on the Casey’s app. I went and picked it up and when I got home realized they made it wrong. It had Jalapeños, pickles, and banana peppers on it. I have ordered the Veggie pizza many times and it clearly shows the vegetables that it comes with on the app. I called and the cook refused to listen to me or acknowledge that she made my order wrong. She just yelled over the top of me and then hung up on me. I had to call back and spoke with another worker who did apologize and stated that yes she did make the order wrong by reading the wrong recipe card. He said they would make me a new pizza with the correct recipe but now I’m scared to eat the new one. It was the worse customer experience I have ever had. Then when I asked the guy what the woman’s name was he refused to tell me because it was “confidential information”. I told him you answer the phone with your name and wear name tags! UPDATE: I did contact the Manager the day after this happened and she was quick to make the situation right. She did offer me a new pizza and I hope the employee with such poor customer service skills will receive proper training on how to respond to issues.

I ordered Mac and cheese ice cream an a pepperoni pizza tonight, it was a young male in the kitchen and I've got to say it was amazing honestly the best pizza I've ever had; I always hear ppl talk up caseys pizza, I've never got the hype until tonight... I forgot to get his name but I'll definitely be ordering pizza more if he's working, I would recommend others do the same, I will try to get his name

Use to be an awesome place to park and do your 10hr break, but these days only if you get here super early. Place now caters parking to local drivers only, at least that's the most rational thought process to the many conventional 4 wheelers parked in truck parking area.

Some of the worst caseys pizza ever. Crust is paper thin, stuck to the box, pizzas built wrong. Never get the online order right. Done with it.

I waited with my children for over 15 minutes with mo other customers in the store for service. The children wanted a sub sandwich as there was no food in the warmers. The staff said the couldn't help us because they had online pizza orders that needed filled.
