I have a business in town and had to have al ot of communication with them. I find the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had the internet in the previous shop which served it's purpose well, and now am at a place that has fiber optic and am completely satisfied. Thank you ILPT!

The electrical box behind our house blew a fuse/fuses and we lost power. I called it in right away and within 10 minutes a crew was here fixing the problem.

Internet works great. Customer service after hours as needed.Big problem when my email address got randomly deleted and I wasn't notified.
