As a truck driver, it is hard to stay healthy and fit. I was ecstatic to see this gym nearby. The staff was accommodating and friendly. He gave me a gym tour and wanted to know what I wanted to work on for fitness training.My workout was great! Spotless, friendly staff and good atmosphere.

It was awesome meeting Chris today! He is very knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter. He will point you in the right direction on whatever your fitness goals might be. The gym is pretty BA too.
