Very POOR customer service from TJ. So what if my daughter is known to him, she is still a customer and should have been treated with respect. She had her VIN number and needed help. She was a customer before someone else and he disrespected her by ignoring her. If I could give negative stars I definitely would have done

Had a burned-out rear turn signal bulb while driving on a Sunday. With Interstate travel knew it had to be fixed. Searched online for nearest O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. So thankful for employee Blake! He assisted me at the counter AND installed the bulb despite the weather. Definitely recommend this store!
