1 misplaced package is an accident, 2 is a pattern, however 3 in a month is malicious.

Called and asked if I could pick up a package since I’d be out of town the day after & my tracking said it was there. Waited twenty minutes for them to say that it wasn’t there and for them to make up a rule that I couldn’t pick it up even though I called prior.
