Called and asked if I could pick up a package since I’d be out of town the day after & my tracking said it was there. Waited twenty minutes for them to say that it wasn’t there and for them to make up a rule that I couldn’t pick it up even though I called prior.

I'm a OIF OEF Army Veteran. The postal employees in Independence, IA Have NO Integrity & put peoples lives on the line by holding or not delivering VA Medication. This is absolutely the worst post office in the USA It's Fubar and needs better employees

Workers stand there & talk instead of doing their job. Always a line, usually only 1 worker to tend to said line. I only use USPS because UPS is way too expensive.
