My engine was quite low on coolant after a cylinder head gasket replacement. Without an appointment, Jason was able to add coolant, and diagnose what was wrong with my car. Terrific customer service as well! I am a customer for life!

I called shortly after they closed one night without realizing it, and happened to reach someone who was helpful and accommodated getting my daughter’s car in immediately so she could safely drive the 5 hrs home for the holiday. I appreciate their humanity in helping us despite their packed schedule. Not only that, but she must have hit a screw on the way to their shop, they noticed the tire was flat and got that fixed too. Truly appreciate their care, service and time.

I brought my car in to have the brakes looked at, and during their routine inspection they found that something was wrong with my clutch. It lead to them having to order a new replacement part for my clutch (without which I couldn't drive), which was a little expensive on my tight student budget. However, the guy who I think is the owner overheard what was going on, and had my car lifted, and literally tried everything he could to get it in driving condition. Even though he told me warned me that it should be replaced soon, he was able to at least get it running for the time being. So, I had no work done so I don't want to rate them a 5, but the next time I bring a car in for service I will definitely bring it here, because you can tell they care about the customer and aren't just out to get you like a lot of mechanics. Would recommend!!

wonderful business and customer service. my car battery died and they charged it all up and didn’t want any payment for it. i thought that was very nice of them after having a bad morning finding the dead battery. will definitely return to get my car serviced there in the future.

Hands down, best customer service I have ever encountered. Our daughter, a college student, living 3 hours away from home ran into some car issues and the team at Accurate Automotive took great care of her and were so easy and accommodating to work with from afar.
