About ALPLA
ALPLA provides a mixed experience for visitors. The facility has a friendly staff, with some employees going out of their way to assist truck drivers. Customers have noted that loading and unloading can be efficient, with some reports of quick service. However, others have faced long waiting times and expressed concerns about customer service in shipping and receiving. The entrance is somewhat tight, but manageable. Clear instructions are provided for accessing the docks. Overall, while some experiences are positive, there is a call for improvement in customer service to enhance the overall experience at this large company.
