“Five stars for Taylor Stout in maintenance! He has helped me with several issues, including the garbage disposal, toilet, and air conditioner. He's always quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. On top of that, he's friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I really appreciate all of his hard work!”

“I wasn't sure what to expect when moving in due to the previous reviews I saw as well as the low price of the complex, but after being here for a few days, this place has definitely started to feel like home!
Rent is very affordable especially with the promotions they are running that I was able to receive. The trash room, laundry room, and the elevator connected to the parking garage are all just down the hall, which makes everything very convenient to access, and the washers and dryers have been clean and worked very well so far.
Portions of the apartment and room do have signs of wear due to age, but I think for the low price range that also covers most utilities, it is still a good deal. The in-room sink, walk-in closet, and study desk with a window (that surprisingly also has cordless blinds!) are very nice touches, and my room has quickly become a very cozy place after some deep cleaning and decorating. Bathroom and kitchen are small but sufficient, and kitchen appliances seem newer.
I have not had to submit a maintenance request yet, but throughout the entire lease signing process and move-in day, the leasing office team has been very, very quick to respond to texts and assist.
Overall would recommend, and have no regrets on choosing this place.”
