“Adam of Allstate is a wonderful insurance agent! I didn't originally go with Allstate when I bought my home, I went with a cheaper agency at the time - but Adam continued to follow up with me annually to see if I might be interested in changing providers. I'm glad he did! After a couple of years my home insurance rate suddenly skyrocketted, and when I called the company they said that's just what happens, nothing they could do about it.
So I reached out to Adam, since he'd kept in touch I felt he might be able to help - he was able to work with me and get me a better rate. It made me feel confident that if I had any concerns going forward, I'd be able to discuss with Adam and he'd set things right. Unlike with the other company, that just said, nothing we can do.
