He answered all of my questions, walked me through the different options and is the epitome of no pressure sales. The remote start woks perfectly and I'm confident Hawkeye will be there to provide any support we need in the future. They use Compustar/Drone mobile and I've also had recent experience with Viper Smart Start. The Compustar/Drone Mobile is far superior, especially when using the app. The Drone Mobile app runs better, gives you more info about the car, and provides you many more options to adjust.”

“I've worked with JP on a few different car projects now. My first project was repainting the metallic grey color of an Alfa Romeo Giulia that I had rebuilt. JP was very accommodating with his schedule to work in this paint job and took the time to blend various paint tints to get a color that matched flawlessly with the original body panels. My second project was a rebuild of a Mazda CX-5 which JP prepped and painted the needed body panels for (bumper, hood, fenders). Again, rather than just go with the paint code listed for the car, he spent the additional time to mix and tint the paint to match the existing body perfectly. I was very pleased with the work that he did and the timeframe in which he completed it. I will continue to bring my future paint projects to JP for his work!”

“Over the past few months, I've been doing some engine maintenance on my Ford. The first time I came into the store to get a MAF sensor, Steve was right there able to help me order the right part, and I picked it up the very next day!Yet more problems for my poor truck occurred, and I decided to go back. Again, it was an awesome experience, and Steve even remember my name and helped me get the right spark plugs and spark plug cables for the best price.Sadly, due to an oversight on me, three of the cables were too short, I went back today after a long night of fixing my vehicle hoping to find a set of longer cables. What I thought would be a nightmare and would have to wait, was a pleasant, and honestly great experience. They got me the right length, and little was needed to be handled, which made the the whole thing smooth. “O'Reilly's counter man determined my newer car's battery was bad, but suggested I go to the dealership to learn if there was some warranty or pro-rated discount for a replacement. I appreciate his wanting to do the best for me! Turns out, O'Reilly's battery has a much greater cold cranking power than the dealership's, and a warranty that is a year longer. “Paul is the GOAT! Here’s my two experiences on why:A few years back while I was a high school student I had my front bumper torn off, Paul who helped me then told me he would make sure my vehicle is taken care of free of charge. Lucky for me because I had little money and was trying to keep it a secret from dear-old Dad.So yes the fix was with zip ties but hey I had my bumper back on, all that mattered to me.I can’t remember specifically but Paul had them do a few other quick fixes on my car too! I left so pleasantly surprised.Now, I had go go back recently here because my car got hit. Rear passenger door totally messed up. Paul again assured me we’d get my car back to tip top shape. It did suck waiting on the doors to arrive but Paul makes sure any used part is in top quality, if not he’ll order another. In my case 3 used doors did not pass his inspection, at which point he’ll order a brand new piece in. If I remember correctly Paul had to order me a new door, which then made the check from the insurance people not match the new total. Paul took care of that for me too! He got in the phone and battled it out with them. Paul even had them use some of the extra paint to touch up some hood chips.Hands down a great experience every time I come here! I always leave feeling confident in my cars recovery.”
