Once it arrived I had my roommate pick up the charger on his way back through town and totally forgot to call and mention my roommate was going to pick it up for me but they had no problem figuring out the proper resolve. “Took my truck in to have the water pump replaced. They quoted me a price that was half the price of other shops in the area. They also let me know that fixing the water pump would be a waste of money because of other problems with my engine that weren't worth fixing cause the cost exceeded the value of the truck. And that due to the age and wear on my truck I would continue putting money into the truck. I was very attached to my truck and was willing to put a lot of money into keeping it running. I am on a fixed income and their honesty saved me from wasting a lot of money. I kept driving my truck as it was and when it finally died they gave me $250 for it even though it had to be crushed. I bought a more reliable pre-owned car from them at a great deal with a low down payment and made monthly payments directly to them with no interest and no credit check.”

“My experience has been a positive one. My bd bought his Honda Pilot from here recently. The key is getting a good price for a good car that has low mileage. They sold us a great SUV and even fixed the breaks for us.Recently I bought four new tires for my own car. They not only gave me the best price but when I got there they immediately drove my car into the shop and I was ready to go in 30 mins. They recommend I come back to tighten up the tires after a day for safety. I plan on doing that. Ali is great and helpful person and I highly recommend this company for tires and for buying your next used car! I would give 10 stars if I could!!”

“I went to carousel to trade in my 2017 Miata. Loved the car but at 6’6”, it’s a little cramped. That’s when I met Yuchen Wei. First car salesman I’ve ever met that possessed honor, integrity and respect. He knew the vehicles he was selling and offered more information than I had thought to ask. I had wanted a new CX-5 and he would have sold it to me but he wanted me to see a trade in that had just arrived. This car had more features than I knew existed and was less money by far! Less money means less commission. Who does that?! I still have the car and love it! I took my daughter to carousel and she bought 2 vehicles there and tonight I took my girlfriend and she is very happy with the service Yuchen Wei, provided. Four years after I bought my cx-5 from him, he still remembers my name. I couldn’t remember his so before we went, I spent an hour looking him up on the internet. I wanted him to be the one my girlfriend met and he didn’t disappoint! God bless this young man! I hope his superiors realize his talents!”

“Stopped in without an appointment to get a realignment. Which was no problem for them. After it was done I had a conversation with Brandon on how I had put a new motor in couple years ago but was disappointed with the performance. It just didn’t seem like I was getting the performance I used to and upon further discussion, Brandon and the mechanic was able to diagnose and fix. This was after I had taken to several other mechanics over the previous two years with no luck in figuring out.”
