I had been waiting for my insurance company to get me a tow but they couldn't find anyone in my network to do so. Big Ten came to the rescue and even expedited it for me after they heard I had been waiting for eleven hours. They got to me, got me hooked up and to a dealership within an hour. 10/10 recommend.Service: Car towing

The alternator went out on my truck on way home from work last night, it literally died right Ata traffic light. Called Big Ten and they had a truck there in less than 15 minutes. David L was the driver and he was fantastic, we towed it to a service station and he volunteered to give me a ride home. I had been planning on taking an Uber. David was very professional, friendly and helpful, I will be recommending BT to all.Thank you,Kurt Frazier

Very kind and responsive staff. The lady on the phone was very cooperative and understanding. The gentleman who came to tow my car (Joe) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great management!

the wrost towing comapny in iowa city, if it wasn't because of the pd uses them for the poor stuadnt's to tow their vehcles off the street to take advantage of them, this comapny would have closed long time ago, don't use them, be aware.

I have to give 5 stars Chad was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of winching my vehicle out. He was very polite and I definitely recommend them, outside of the bad night, he made every aspect of having to deal with him a good one. From the dispatcher to the driver they were all amazing. We broke down on the side of the road over holiday weekend. All the shops were closed. JASON was hands down the best. Even though we were having a hard time he made us laugh and tried to find the positives. He went beyond out of his way to do what we needed to get back on the road. ?

After hours of Progressive's roadside assistance not showing up, I called big 10 towing. They arrived in under 10 mins, put on my spare, and cost me less than I would have paid through my insurance! Joe with Big 10 towing saved our day today. We broke down on 80 and he was there to rescue us within 10 minutes. He brought us to the dealership to drop my truck off and also to the rental car place to pickup our replacement vehicle. His professionalism was exceptional.
