Stopped in without an appointment to get a realignment. Which was no problem for them. After it was done I had a conversation with Brandon on how I had put a new motor in couple years ago but was disappointed with the performance. It just didn’t seem like I was getting the performance I used to and upon further discussion, Brandon and the mechanic was able to diagnose and fix. This was after I had taken to several other mechanics over the previous two years with no luck in figuring out.

I bought a car from Guido at Chevy and he worked with me all on the phone because I was on Army orders in Dallas. Great guy and constantly kept in touch with me ! Easily the best experience I've had purchasing a car in a long time and I'm 54. Guido really understands the communication process and he doesn't put too much pressure on you. I'll definitely recommend him to friends !!

I left a review last time. I get way to many reminders to leave a review, when I already did. Then, I got an email from your dealership, saying on star notified them that I was past due for service. I just left. I specifically come to your dealership for an oil change for the perk or getting a touch free car wash. I have louvers on my car, so the touch less is a bonus but it has been down for months. I asked the receptionist if I have to come a certain day to use it and she said she has no idea what the car wash does but she could transfer me there. No thank you. Don’t hand the coupons out if you have no idea about it. I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back. Without the touch less car wash, I could go elsewhere and avoid the 15 reminders to take the survey and save about half of the money. If the dealership does not communicate with On Star or the car wash next door, what is the point of going there? $60 for new wiper blades is a bit steep too. I just got new tires from this dealership over the summer, and they asked if I wanted my tires rotated… I’m beginning to believe that taking your car to the dealership is a big ripOff. The service tech was nice, but the overall experience shows that bringing your car here is no better than the jiffy lube.

We were on our way to Chicago and blew a tire on the interstate west of Iowa City. We got the spare on but still needed a new tire. We called Billion Auto and they had the tire in stock and could get us in right away. We were back on our way to Chicago in no time. Great service and we really appreciated it!

I’ve purchase two vehicles during the last year. A 2021 Z71 Tahoe and a 2024 Trax RS2. First time was with Jacob (Jlove) and the second time was with another Jacob as well. Both times have been a breeze as these two gentlemen have been knowledgeable, attentive and swift with the process. My most recent purchase (10/18), was an extremely smooth process. I was in there around 5:30pm and was out by 8:00 pm. This also included a trade in which did not slow down the process at all. Jacob even assisted me with emptying out my truck and even went above and beyond with transferring some of the things over and even installed my seat covers and seat back protectors. Something he didn’t have to do but did so anyway. Billion Iowa city is definitely my go to dealership.

Bad decision I have made to hug a brand new truck from them, bad treatment from the beginning, I should of just went to another city to buy a truck, bought this truck with 20 miles, drove it for 2 weeks, I am already having problems with it, engine is shaking, called the dealership service and the guy Julian answered saying he needs to schedule me to drop the vehicle off, transferred me to another phone on his desk and already forgot he talked to me already, he was rude and obnoxious, didn't care about me as a customer and when I told him I will be leaving a bad review he said that's fine, that showed you what kind of employee is this guy, I would never go to Billion to buy a car again, bad bad decision!!!!! Be aware!!

Purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum with approx 78,000 miles from them in late march of 2023. They had the vehicle for 3 to 4 weeks because that is how long that I had been checking on it. When I purchased it it had a crack in the windshield that hadn't been fixed, I didn't notice at first that it had dash lights out. Now 6 months after purchase, the battery went dead. the window cost $1500, the dash lights cost $2500 and the battery cost $225. I will never buy another vehicle from them ever!!!!Tim P

I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Billion twice now within the last year, and they have done a great job both times! They provide high quality, timely service and the friendly staff keep in touch with detailed and transparent updates throughout the repair process. I worked with Alec both times and he has always listened to my concerns, answered my questions and kept me informed!

Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to have my vehicle diagnosed the very same day with no prior appointment even though it was a Friday afternoon. He called me a couple of hours later with the problem and said they would have to order the part and it would take a couple of days to arrive. Even though I had an extended warranty which was close to being expired, Brandon got the claim approved at no cost to me. I purchased my last car from Billion Automotive and I know my next one will be also.They were top-notch from beginning to end. Thank You

I called to have my first oil change on my new truck and they refused to do it because I didn’t buy it there. They get paid by GM to do this and I have talked to a couple of other dealers and they couldn’t understand why wouldn’t. The reason I bought somewhere else is because they didn’t have the truck I wanted. I went to a dealership 20 miles away and they will have my business from here on out. They were very happy to do the work and I didn’t buy from them either. I sam really glad Billion didn’t have the truck I wanted after all, I don’t want to deal with rude people like they were.

I purchased my 3rd used vehicle from Billon this past Saturday and I'm not impressed with my experience this time around. First of all, they didn't give me a very good price for my trade (which they need right now). Secondly, the gas tank was close to empty. In addition, it's a hybrid and it didn't even have a full charge. I'm not sure why this time has been so different from my past experiences but it's pretty disappointing.
