Billion Hyundai is running a very smooth dealership! Zach from the service center was the best, very communicative, and was able to fix my car troubles under warranty! Zach also listened to all my concerns and was very reassuring. My car was even ready for pickup the same day I dropped it off. Excellent service! Thank you Billion Hyundai!

Today was the most outstanding oil change I have ever had at any dealership in my life! The gentleman that was working took less than 45 minutes to my oil change and other times I have been there for 3-4 hours for the same thing. I wish more people took the pride and enjoy in there job like he did! I even had to let him know and his boss that I was so impressed. He is someone they need to keep and it’s worth every penny to go there as they do a really great job. I will keep going back.

Nick was the salesman that helped me. I was unsure what my options were going in and ended up with a new car at the end of the day. He was great at explaining everything to me and answering any and all questions I had. I highly recommend him if you go into Billion

I chose to order my new vehicle with Billion because of the courtesy and genuine customer service by Josh. The vehicle I ordered in March 2023 finally arrived in September 2023. During that time, Josh moved on to a different job so I was assisted by Nick. Nick was kind, professional, and honest. He allowed me to drive the vehicle for a day prior to finalizing my purchase and was extremely helpful in helping me learn many of the new technology aspects with my Hyundai. Thank you Billion for turning my long wait into a pleasant moment.

Had oil issue while traveling. Called a couple places but Billions was the only one to respond quickly. Arrived, they got me in, and out and back on the road under an hour. That, my friend, is service!

We live 2 hours away and so if we need something done we always try to schedule everything for one visit. It never fails that one job is not put on the schedule. Zach has always came thru, he will try to get everything done for us. Everyone there has taken good care of my wife and me.

Even though it was a busy time my car was tended to as quickly as possible. It surprised me at how quickly actually, in a very good way of course. When I went to pay my bill it was explained I’d be needing front brakes most likely next visit. Great to know and now I can save up a bit and be ready next oil change. Very good experience!

Excellent shopping experience. I had a shopping list and needed to get settled on a car. Chris was so helpful finding the car that checked all the boxes for me. I love my 2024 Hyundai Tucson N line. I think I got a good fair price for my trade in. No pressure to buy and I only had to wait a few days for my car to arrive Chris is very knowledgeable about all the car features and made sure I knew how to operate all the new things! I'll start with Chris at billion Hyundai when I'm ready to car shop again.

Made an appointment for a recall. Didn’t realize it would be a 3 hour wait so I asked to reschedule due to a work conflict. They were friendly about it and I rescheduled for 2 weeks later.Go back for the repeat appointment and they guy says we will get that fixed up for you today. Wait about 1.5 hours and they tell me they didn’t have the recall part and would have to come back. Which was of course my fault. Ya I get it, you got mad I rescheduled the first time and are messing with me. Good job, feel better.

Billion is the BEST! Bought my 1st ever brand new vehicle from them- a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Just got my 1st service completed on it. The salesman we initially dealt with last year remembered us while we were waiting- asked how we were liking the truck- it’s been almost a year! The service was thorough, prompt & easy… Everyone was friendly & professional. If you’re going to buy any vehicle- buy from Billion!

Left my car at 7:30am at service, since I live and work 40 minutes away. If I haven’t texted Zach at 4:10pm (they are open until 5pm), to check the status of my car, they would never bother to contact me first. I’ve been told in the text that technician SHOULD be done by 5pm. My spouse gave me a ride and I was there at 4:55pm. There was one family talking with Zach at the time I arrived. I waited several minutes and realized that this family is not going to be done any time soon. My spouse was waiting in a car with our baby, and since I wasn’t sure if my car is going to be done today, I politely excused myself for interrupting Zach’s conversation with that family, and asked him just to confirm if my car is done, so I can tell my spouse not to wait for me and to go back home, since the baby was crying on the back seat. I started explaining myself, and Zach interrupted me and he was very rude and unprofessional, told me that he already texted me that my car WILL be ready by 5pm (not true, he used a word SHOULD), and to wait for this family to be done first. He even eye rolled on me. I apologize for the long comment, I just feel surprised with this kind of service. I will definitely think next time if I will drive to Iowa City, there are other dealerships in the area as well. Keep my experience in mind in case you want to do the business with them.

Talk about a no hassle experience. This is the third car I've bought through Billion, and the experience had been great every time. The salesman even suggested a great place to eat. Will be back!

My daughter went in for a simple oil change on a Kona with 35k miles. Came out with a 300 dollar bill, which included a supposedly required rotation of tires. Now the car pulls to the right very aggressively. I have to pay my regular mechanic to fix Billion's quality work for a $300 oil change. I'd rank them a 0 if I could.

Great Service all around! And I have Zach and his team to thank specifically from Hyundai Services! I am not local however we purchased my vehicle from Billion Auto in IC, there was a recall on my engine, from the moment I spoke with Zach, he was on top of it! Zach, communicated efficiently throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. He was extremely professional and supportive, and I was back on the road in a timely fashion.
