They don't take payments in advance and one time I gave them more than enough and asked for my change back and they didn't give it to me but instead said they applied it to my next month's bill. Plus I have The General now and literally pay half what I did with this company for the same exact coverage. I'd avoid this one!!

How is it possible for me to cover any thing pertaining to my car when it was still in the shop and I still had the rental but I have to cover cost of when I still have the car because I didn’t pick up my car when it was done that makes no sense.

Boyd Murray, Jane and his crew are always there for you when you need them. I have been with the same agency for fifty years now.Another plus is in the off hours calls go to State Farm directly .They help tremendously as support for their Agents.JSJ
