I was in town for work at this point it was about my 9th week and my car start acting up. I was recommend to Iowa City tire who then recommended Carousel auto. Justin meet me right away and was kind, understanding and very helpful with options. With being out of town Justin and his team made it super smooth for me. I have come to really enjoy the Iowa City area and what better to start my new chapter than buying a car here! It was just time to let the old go and let the new in! I highly recommend Justin and his team for annyone out of town or local. For my first time car buying purchase as a strong independent hard working woman I was blessed with the best!! I would totally come back when it is time to upgrade again!!

They did a beautiful job for a reasonable price on my black VW Touareg dented fender. It looks like new. Then they cleaned the interior and exterior better than it’s looked in years.

I got the deluxe detail package for my relatively clean 2017 Mazda 6. Really all it needed was some cleaning around the edges. Exterior was excellent, but the interior was sub par. Sticker residue still on windshield, fingerprints and grim all over the center console, and pedals and rubber floor mats still covered in dirt. For $300-$400 one could at least expect clean windows and interior fully wiped clean.

Wish I would have known how incredible Josh was when I first got my windows tinted. Didn’t realize he and Carousel were a thing when I paid someone to tint my windows. That tint job resulted in my driver’s side rear bumper getting scrapped with less than 400 miles on my brand new ride. Traveled to get a quote from Josh and wasn’t disappointed. Not only was he the best price but you could just tell his shop was going to provide the best service and get the job done right. To know they are contracted with the carousel dealership but still retain their independence is everything you need to not have to worry about the typical less than desirable dealership auto body experience. To know they do under-glow for vehicles and much more is extremely impressive. Thanks Josh

Extremely good experience at Carousel. Josh and his team are very talented. We took in my girlfriend’s hyper scooter to get get it painted purple. No other shops would even entertain our vision, but these guys took our idea and made it a reality. We could not be happier, highly recommend them to anyone looking for paint, body work, detailing etc.

Got into a fender bender and took my car into Carousel Auto Appearance for repairs. Got it done within 3 days which was great! Josh and the team did amazing on the car! Would definitely recommend for body repairs.
