Update on my previous post. They finally called my son back. Well, they bypassed having to actually talk to him and left a message on his voicemail stating that if my son wanted them to look the vehicle over, it would cost him. We'll be reporting Carousel to the Better Business Bureau and also letting the local news outlets know how they treat consumers.

My recent experience at Carousel motors was outstanding, thanks entirely to Ryan Wyant. We bought glc 300. From the start, he was incredibly helpful and clearly answered all my questions. What truly set him apart was his effort in getting me a great deal that exceeded my expectations and made the final price very competitive. He made the process transparent and stress-free. Tried to buy a Mercedes here a year ago. The salesperson was great, did everything right and got us to put down a payment to hold a unit coming in within a month. Waited the month and returned when the vehicle was delivered. Went to make the purchase and some punk sales manager offered us basically half of what your tradein was worth. He had the smell of nepotism all over. When I asked him for the actual value, he smugly said, 'well I guess I coud do that if you had two vehicles to trade in.' This caused my wife to cry and leave. I'll never do business here in the future, and I urge all those reading this to do the same. The sales manager is a pure jerk, and evidently not interested in making a sale. Too bad too, because the sales person was excellent, and was noticeably embarrassed by his boss's behaviour.

My boyfriend and I recently leased a new Mazda CX-5 from this location. Thomas was the primary seller who created an excellent experience for us. We came in with a very clear idea of what we wanted - both in a car and financially, and Thomas delivered seamlessly. All of our questions and concerns were answered as thoroughly as we needed, with no uncomfortable pushiness or urgency. This was our first experience with a car dealership (we bought privately prior to this), so naturally, we came in curious what the process would look and feel like. We left with a lasting, very positive experience and an incredible new car! Thank you!

Was therrle 8 hours for an oil change. Filter blew and oil went all over the engine. They tried to clean it up but its still all over.

I just recently bought my Audi S4 from carousel motors. Ryan Wyant was my salesman and was super helpful setting up and showing me the car. Also, was very helpful and reasonable with negotiating the car price to a number that was comfortable for both sides. Would love to do business with them again in the future!

We nought a suv on Friday and when I was driving it home a critical error came up on the screen. I called and left our salesman (Jordan S) a message on his desk phone, to where I was transferred to. I didn't receive a call back I figured he might have the weekend off. Here it's Monday afternoon and still nothing. He had told us that there were no issues with the vehicle that it had been serviced. What a disappointment in their way to conduct business.
