Auto service very good, a bit slow 1 1/2 hours for oil change tire rotation computer upgrade. But women at reception did nothing when i reported that the creamer was broken and there were no stir sticks for coffee.billion auto has a great waiting area, fruit coffee donuts game area for kids etc. Carousel is really bare bones and not helpful.

We bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue. We were extremely happy with our purchase. Sales person, Jason Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in.

I appreciate Carousel Nissan’s commitment to EVs. The dealer closest to me has not done well keeping trained EV repair staff retained and also signed an anti EV petition. For those reasons I drove well out of my way to Carousel who I have always been happy with their service.

Everyone is so friendly and willing to do whatever necessary to keep my Rogue running. Came in for a recall they didn’t even know existed til I called and they got it done right away. Been a great dealership all around

Patrick was very helpful and did a great job. Not only did I get my transmission fixed but also my breaks and pads. He even called a previous call dealership of mine to figure out what was going on. 10/10 recommend anyone to Carousel Nissan!!

My Number 1 Nissan dealership. Ive bought & leased cars with them. Excellent & fair sales team. This time they were able to 'work me in' [Express Service] for an oil change. I was traveling and needed the change before my return trip. 4 other dealerships declined express oil changes. So glad they were flexible. The staff was friendly, and service was faster than expected.

I typically don't do reviews on Google at all! But I recently purchased my technically first( second) car from Nissan and was referred to Justin B. When I tell you he went above and beyond to find the perfect car for ME, that I will feel comfortable in, and has been helpful with me getting to learn my new vehicle! He is patient and a very kind trust worthy dealer. Thank you for making my experience with my new vehicle a good one Justin!!! If you go to Nissan, definitely ask for Justin B.!

The salesman and finance manager were very nice, professional and I understand it’s a business but I did my research and understood my value of my car was $23,500. They said they couldn’t discount the car at first so to initially offer me just the trade in was insulting.They came back with more money but this is what pissed me off beyond belief.In the finance office I told him I just wanted GAP insurance and nothing else but I was charged for PAINT AND INTERIOR PACKAGE CLEAN FOR DELIVERY FOR $1195I feel I should be refunded for that. Literally there was nothing done to the new vehicle but putting plates on and taking off their company logo stickerI’m simply not happy.

I turned in a 2022 Frontier lease to Justin B. who has helped me with 2 other vehicles. Because of the current climate and cost of a loan I chose to go with a used 2015 Frontier. I drove the vehicle home and tried to partner with the Bluetooth in the radio. It didn't work the way it was supposed to. Justin called me to check up on me and I told him about the issue. He asked me to bring the car in and it would be taken care of. I stated I might have to wait a bit since I work full time every day. Justin and other members of the staff organized a driver to come to my work over an hour away to pick up my pickup. They put in a new radio and delivered my truck back to me and took back the loaner that they had graciously let me use for a few days. This was fantastic customer service, I haven't seen anything like it for years and I really appreciate it! This is the kind of thing that makes a person want to come back and deal with the same dealer and salesman every time I need something.

Had a pleasant experience working with Jason. He knew the truck and could explain all the features and details. I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. the Titan is great and I really like it. Still playing with all the gadgets and gizmos. I traded in a 2015 Silverado and the Titan beats the Silverado hands down. Love it. A great transaction.
