Absolutely love this place. I come in two different trucks about once a week per truck. The staff are always professional and focused. Any interaction I’ve had with any one of them has been pleasant. My only issue is I never carry cash, and I would love to tip! You guys should have a Venmo QR code available to scan through customer windows so they can tip on the spot! I would tip every time if there was a digital option.

If you do use this car wash, pull your mirrors in. Even if your mirrors are small, fold them in. Upon exit and still on the conveyor, my passenger side mirror scraped against the building. Yes, you read that correctly. I now have a scratched side mirror.

I bought a brand new vehicle (Venza 2023) in late June. Shortly after, I bought the Club Car Wash membership. I went through the washes three times (Coralville IA location) and then realized that the washes left all the tiny scratches and swirls ALL over my car. I found a claim with Dillan, regional manager (claim ID: 10022167) July 11, 2023. I waited and waited anxiously for the response with several follow-up calls to no avail. I felt so bad for my new car and had it ceramic coated on Sunday Aug 6, 2023. I paid extra to have the detailer remove all tiny scratches on my car. Two days later (Aug 8), the claims department people called me and said that they would not honor the claim because the scratches did not follow the pattern of their brushes and implicitly accused me of lying.When we were talking, the lady in the claims department hung up on me. I called back and talked to another gentleman in the claims department. I explained to him that this is a new car. I never did anything to it. How come did it have all those scratches? This gentleman said that he did not believe me and that I must have let my car go through something. He then put me through a higher person, Amy. She was not there and I left a message but she has never got back to me (Aug 18).I felt so angry and frustrated. (Admittedly, during my conversation with them, I raised my voice out of frustration and feeling of being accused of lying, for which I felt sorry.) I asked them to give me back the refund of my membership and some compensation for the cost I incurred to have the scratches removed (not counting the time and frustration I endured during the entire arduous process). Nothing happened!Please save your car from scratches from the Club Car Wash.

Great car wash only thing my car stalled at the end of the rail. I don't if the line pushes a car into another if that happens. I was lucky to get it started and leave before something could of happened. Otherwise the car wash speaks for itself! It's amazing! ??

In short...not really...this facility was the "better" of a slew of subpar car washes in the area. Against my better judgment, I continued to patronize this place even after noticing small scratches above my driver side passenger door. In spite of regularly leaving the wash with my vehicle still dirty...I continued to pay for the monthly membership. I was new to this small area, and could not find a car wash comparable to those in the Chicagoland area. And, I've always had a car wash membership program because I pride myself on the care I take of my vehicles. I still tipped the employees, even though they did nothing but "wet" the vehicle prior to the lackluster wash.Silly, silly me! 1 week ago, this "business" left my vehicle with several immediately noticeable scratches on the driver side door. Unfortunately, like many companies that no longer engage in ethical practices, nor any semblance of customer service, my claim for repair was denied. Which, I only found out about after calling to request a follow-up to my claim! The reasoning for the denial included a promotional video of "how their mitters and wraps" work. Hmmm, it certainly would've been helpful to send actual video of MY vehicle being abused by their equipment. Here's the deal, while the claim agent assures me due to the shape of the scratches it couldn't have been their equipment...it is absolutely possible (and factual) that the mitters had some sort of debris on it. Which would absolutely result in non-uniform, non-circular markings on the vehicle. The same markings that I noticed on my vehicle, above the driver side passenger door handle when drying my vehicle when I initially began utilizing this business long ago...but dismissed! Anyhoo, long story long...if you can avoid this place....do so!
