I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee brand new (From this dealership) and have nothing but problems with the transmission. A year after I bought it, I made an appointment at Deery for what felt like the car trying to rip it's own transmission out. This all happens randomly so I had to drive around with a Tech trying to get the car to do it. Luckily I was able to replicate it and they replaced the transmission. Now after the new transmission and all the recalls installed the transmission will randomly stick in the gear it is in. Again this happens randomly, while driving down the highway the "Service Transmission" light will come on and it is stuck in that gear. You have to disconnect the battery to restore proper behavior.I called up Deery because this happened while two tractor trailers were along side of me and one behind me on the highway. The one behind me practically ran through me because I could not accelerate with the car not dropping down in gears. I had my hazards on but at that point he was so close he couldn't see them.Every time I call Deery its like they have zero history on my car and have no clue what I am talking about. This last time I even left a voicemail for the General manager, its been 3 weeks and still no call back.If they had even looked at the history they would see I have had this problem for the whole time I owned the car. But I am guessing about 1/4 of what I say when I come is is actually heard and written down. The online scheduling is terrible, I put notes in the last time I scheduled and when I got there they had zero clue why I was even there. What was the point of me typing up everything?

Just purchased my first vehicle from Deery Brothers. Scooter was great to work with! He listened to what I was looking for, helped me choose the right car for me and fairly valued my trade-in. I would recommend him to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure!

If I could give no stars I would. Took my 2019 ram 3500 in. The radio was cutting on and off on its on. The dealer stated it was the screen after having the service rep assure me the screen replacement would fix the the problem I had it replaced for $1200. Picked up the truck and barely got a mile down the road the issue was not fixed. Returned to the shop the tech stated I could bring it back and pay another diagnostic fee for them to find the problem. I never went back. I took it to another dealer turns out it was the radio itself a $600 fix. They are parts swappers who do not stand behind their work even when they are wrong. I will never go back. Also getting your advisor on the phone is pretty much an act of Congress. Stay far away they do not know what they are doing and will charge you to swap part’s until it hopefully fixes the issue.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jon Behrle was our salesman and will be our salesman for any future purchases. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Thanks Deery Brothers.

Not good customer service. Made an appointment on Monday to come at opening Tuesday to come look at a specific car. They knew I lived an hour away, took off work, had children. I get 15 minutes away from the dealership to be told they sold the car. Completely wasted my time and got my kids into the car for a long drive for nothing.

Great experience! Scooter was great and worked very hard to find us something dependable in our price range. He was honest and didn't try to sell just to sell. Nolan made the paperwork process smooth and painless! Will definitely buy from again! Thank you!

Update, almost 1 week later this car is still on the web site. When I contacted them again yesterday 8/17, I was provided a time to come test drive the car. I asked for them to verify this car was indeed there. She stated indeed it was, and would be awaiting my arrival. Finally, I got a call this morning 8/18 stating the car was NOT actually available. Come on Deery this game is not funny or cool and will not sell more cars by "getting the customer on the lot" it is only pissing customers off.Sent in an internet request on a car they had. I received a call that the car was available. I jumped in my car drove the 40 min there and they tracked down the salesman that proceeded to tell me they sold the car yesterday. But he has lots of other vehicles he could show me... THAT FLOKS, IS BAIT AND SWITCH

Worst experience ever at a dealership. First of all this will be a long review because of all the wrong things they did to my ram 1500. So I got a knock in my engine ok fine took it to Deery they found the issue with the engine. They said I need a new engine ok fine warranty should take care of it. So this was On January 30 they said they would contact warranty and get it taken care of.After that I waited for a week to hear back got nothing. Ok there busy I get that but the second week I called for 3 days and left messages asking what's going on with the warranty. Didn't get a response from noone not even Alex Moorehead the guy who's taking care of my truck. So I got impatient like most would come on it doesn't take 3 weeks to get a hold of warranty. So I called the warranty myself and found out that noone from Deery had sent the claim in. Now I'm annoyed and called Deery non stop but still no call back great professionalism by them. So week 4 I call the GM at Deery and tell him why I'm annoyed and he said he will get it taken care of. That Monday guess who finally calls me back, Alex Moorehead the guy that avoided my calls on purpose. So in all it took 4 weeks for them to get a hold of warranty oh and they didn't even offere a loaner. So if you take it to Deery don't expect any to get your vehicle for awhile. Or getting a hold of them to get updates on your vehicle. So thats part 1 of my complaint, part 2 deals with how badly they put my truck back together. Remember it took them 4 weeks to get a hold of warranty now I waited another month or so for them to get my engine to deery 2 weeks to get it shipped and 2 weeks to put it in. Anyone else think that's way to long. A good Mechanic should be able to do it in a week. So finally 2 and a half months later I finally go pick up my truck. I'm happy that it is done and ready to go, or so I thought. Get my keys walked to my truck and the battery is completely dead. Not a good way to start, so I go get Alex to find out why its dead. After inspecting found out my ignition start stop button got damaged and it was stuck so it wouldn't pop back out. Then this guy has the nerves to tell me I can go buy another battery. Why do I need to buy a new battery I'm not the one who damaged my ignition start stop button. Oh by the way my ignition start stop button was smooth and had no wear or tear now it looks like some one took a knife along the edges. So after that terrible start I did a 360 inspection. My drivers side front fender has a black rub mark which was not there before I would of noticed that on my white truck. My drivers side along the windows the black rubber piece was just dangling, my black plastic cover for the wheel on the drivers side they ripped off the piece where the bolts are supposed to go and I'm missing bolts. My trailer light attachment was popped out of place not sure why or how that happened because thats the opposite end of the engine. So I give this place a 1 star because so far my engine hasn't blown up they did seem to put it in correctly but they did a terrible job putting my truck together. Oh and I'm pretty sure they didn't test drive it cause the odometer was barely differentand if they did test drive it they would of known about my damaged ignition start stop button being stuck. After 2 and a half months I would of thought they would of put my truck back together properly and with care but apparently I was terribly wrong. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will no longer be bringing my truck to deery for oil changes or for any work. Thank god I didn't trade my truck there I'll be buying a new ram somewhere else. Love how Deery responds with we appreciate the feedback, like there actually going to do something about it. What a joke ppl complaining and they still don't care. Probably should file a suit for negligence. Don't let the 4.4 star fool you, they might be good at selling vehicles but not at working or taking care of your ve

Review 1: Zero communication surrounding service until physically having to go in to get a straight answer after two weeks of waiting for a part only to find out it will be another month until they can get to our car to install said part. A month and a half of no air conditioning during the heat of summer is absolutely ridiculous, especially when having to drive to Colorado 3 separate times already with the windows down on I-80.Review 2: A month later… They tried giving the jeep back saying it was fixed, I drive it off the lot and have to take it right back because there is still no A/C. It’s almost like they did not even test to see if the issue was resolved… A week and a half later, they still can’t figure out how to fix the issue and I still don’t have my Jeep back. I wouldn’t be surprised if they haven’t even touched it yet. Please just fix the Jeep already, it’s been nearly 3 months since initially bringing it in…

Gave me a price of 32500.00 and I looked online to see they had it marked at 30900.00. I called and they would not honor lower price. Another car company I will never do business with.

Beware!!! This dealership is terrible. They only care about their bottom line and not their customers. They have been secretive about an elderly man's repairs and not letting his family know what repairs have been done to his car and what is outstanding. He may be driving a dangerous car around and they do NOT care. Their lack of integrity and dishonesty speaks volumes. STAY AWAY!!!

We bought a car here 3 months ago. They provided us a title with incorrect information. This renders the title invalid. Three months and endless calls and unreturned messages to Deery later, we still do not have a corrected title. Despite the gravity of the situation, they do not appear in any rush to fix this and instead point fingers at the county. We are left high and dry and unable to register our car, putting ourselves in legal jeopardy every time we drive our car, after THREE MONTHS. This goes beyond reasonable mistakes — it is a basic expectation to have a title for the vehicle you have paid for. Buyer beware.
