It was nice they said I didn’t need to replace my air filter yet when I got my oil change. But felt like I had to say yes to getting the cabin air filter replaced. If I had wanted it replaced I would have checked it when making my appointment

I am from Maryland and my daughter is at University of Iowa. The service team at Deery Brothers Ford, especially Warren, were fantastic when my daughters car needed a new battery. They made a frantic dad from Maryland at ease and made my daughter feel at ease as well and they fixed the problem with the car promptly and had her on her way back to school, and all during the blizzards of 2024! I cant thank or praise them enough. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

i just bought a Buick Lacrosse and i am so happy with my purchase! i found the car online and was put in touch with one of Deery Bros top sales associates Michael Morgan, and i honestly cant rave enough about this gentleman and how comfortable, and easy he made my entire purchase. he was very knowledgeable, detailed and went above and beyond with all the questions and pictures i asked for before i made the 1.5 hour trip there to buy my awesome new car. i definitely recommend Deerys brothers, and HIGHLY recommend you ask for Michael Morgan when stopping in to find a new car!

Had a great experience at Deery Brothers Ford-Lincoln in Iowa City. I was in town just for a short while and decided to take a look at some cars. Mike Morgan came and helped me look at some Ford Bronco Sports and was a huge help. He was friendly and informative. As this was one of my first times shopping for a vehicle I had prepared myself for the stereotypical salesman. Thankfully, I received quite the opposite, although he did in the end sell me a car. He wasn’t pushy or selling me on things I didn’t need, he simply showed me the vehicle and gave me some options. My dad was with me for this car buying process and they spoke like old friends. It really made the whole car buying experience a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable. Obviously during the negotiation process it became a little more stressful but they are willing to work with you and your needs. They want to make you happy while still maintaining a good business process. At Deery Brothers they really do care about you and your current situation. Even the financial specialist, Jerry, and manager, Gary, blew me away with their kindness even after the sale was established. I walked away with no regrets and feeling like I got a good deal. Not to mention, well cared for. I felt like I could call any of the staff members I met with there and could get help if I needed it. I would definitely return here for any of my car needs and would recommend them to just about anyone.

I’m an out of town customer. I selected Deery Brothers Ford Lincoln for convenience, but I returned because of the great customer service and support. I’ve visited at least 4 times in the pass two years. The environment is very relaxed and comfortable. They always ask if you need a ride and the service staff is very friendly. I only have praise for the way they took great care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend them and I will look forward to seeing them again for routine maintenance.Thank you Deery Brothers

The wonderful people at Deery Brothers Ford provided me with the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and sat down with Pat to discus the best vehicle for me. I could tell Pat had my best interest in heart by the way he genuinely listened to what I needed in my new vehicle. After deciding on the best car for me I had the pleasure of working with the rest of the Deery Brothers team to finish up paperwork and review my purchase. Jerry, the finance manager made all the paperwork easy to understand and after one firm handshake I was driving away in my brand new car.

Words cannot express how happy I am with my purchase from Tyler and Deery Ford as a whole! They have gone above and beyond what we could ask for. Diligent, hardworking, friendly staff. Bought a ranger from them and they have made it as stress free as possible. Have had bad experiences a lot from other dealerships but this is one of the only ones I’ve been to that has just treated us very well!

Recently traded our Ford Explorer for a Ford Expedition and the company made the process so easy. We worked with Kayvon and he was fantastic! He answered all our questions, had the vehicle ready to go for the test drive before we even got there and had the paperwork going as soon as we gave the ok. The financial team was great too. I highly recommend working with this group of individuals. We will definitely be going back in the future.

I got a text about a recall on part of my vehicle. I called them to make sure it wasn’t a scam and was able to set up a mobile appointment for the repair. They came to my house and fixed my car without needing anything from me at all. SO convenient and friendly :)

Our experience was out standing!! Patrick made it so easy. We live 3 hours away and made a deal on a super duty. We called Patrick after dinner on Thursday and by that afternoon we were proud owners of a super duty lariat. On Friday we drove home in our new superduty. Couldn't be more happy with the service and accommodations the made for us. God Bless this dealership and thanks so verymuch!! Tell we meet again!!!

Sales and Service departments have always treated me well. Recently I had just moved, my car in the new garage with a dead battery. Their mobile service technician came and swapped out my battery for a new one on short notice because I had a doctor’s appointment. I was very grateful.

Tyler Smith and the team at Deery Brothers Ford did a fantastic job fixing my 2013 Edge. I was trying to coordinate the repair from out of state for my student attending Iowa. They were able to take the vehicle in on a Saturday and start the diagnosis on Monday. They quickly ordered parts and got them installed. During the quality control test drive, they weren’t satisfied with the repair and continued to investigate. They involved their shop foreman and Master Certified tech – and went from a brake booster to a master cylinder before finding the true problem – the HCU. They were able to install the HCU and only charged me for the parts and labor to diag and fix the actual problem. It was a huge relief, as I was anxious about the cost and drivability of the vehicle. Tyler kept me informed of the status of my Edge through both emails and phone calls. He was also able to coordinate the drop off of the Edge around a difficult class schedule. I look forward to continuing to service the Edge at Deery Brothers Ford, but I’m hoping for just maintenance services going forward. If the Edge does need more repairs, I would not hesitate to take it back to Tyler and his team. Thanks again!
