We rented a car for a 2 week vacation. When we went to pick the car up the salesman was very polite and explained the procedure very throughly. They even upgraded us to a much nicer model!The car was very clean, comfortable, new technology, and a great navigation system. Returning the car was easy and quick. We would definitely rent from the Iowa City dealership again!

GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU MAKE A RESERVATION WITH AND CONFIRM THE LOCATION THEY ARE LOCATED.I verbally clarified with my insurance and the person I made a reservation with on the phone that I would NOT need to pay a deposit. Ended up being REQUIRED to pay a deposit by CARD ONLY. I also made a reservation specifically for a full size suv, get to the IC location and "the inventory changes so we don't have one available." I made a reservation multiple days ahead of time, at least ONE of the types of vehicle should be available for my reservation. What's the point of a reservation?!

So my wife and I got a rental car for almost a week. When we picked up the car I originally paid extra insurance for Fri Sat and sun . I called on Monday morning to verify that we had the car till Wednesday. They told me yes the insurance is paying for the car till Wednesday. The guy I talked to I believe his name was Brandon. Never once even asked me if I want insurance for those few days. And I never thought that I should be the person to have tell them that I don't want the insurance. And I was informed that I have to go in to the store to tell them that I don't want the insurance. Then when my mother in law called them on Thursday to verify that we had the car till Thursday evening because we had got a lot of snow. And the guy told my mother in law that u owe them another 95 dollars for the insurance. The insurance that I never asked for. So I talked to the guy about it. He told me that he would take care of it. But after we returned the car they charged me my 50 dollar deposit plus 45 dollars. So I called back and talked to Hannah and she said that they was going to contact customer support. They only gave me 71 dollars back. That's not the 95 dollars they had owed me. So I think that I will start talking to other rent car places. Cause I don't tolerate being stole from

I’m currently waiting on a pickup and been waiting an hour. My reservation was set for pickup at 9am and they never showed nor called. I’ve been trying to call since Saturday and the phones just ring. The only time I did get thru was when I called the CR location and they said they would try to reach them. I understand that there’s a high call volume possibly with the below freezing temps but not contacting your potential customers is extremely unprofessional. Now I have to call Hertz or another rental car business to accommodate.

Set up a car rental for in the future. Price was better than 2 other car rental places that we went to first. Staff was very helpful much better than the first two.

I rented a car at the Iowa City location 3 days ago which had a very bad oil leak which leaked all over my driveway and garage before I realized it. When I returned the car I asked to speak to the manager to discuss the oil damage, she refused to come out to speak to me. I asked for her to call me, haven't heard from her yet. Very poor customer service from the manager.

An absolutely disappointing experience. Reserved a specific vehicle class months ago for a family trip. 24 hours in advance they called and said "just wanted to let you know we may not have the type of vehicle you reserved." The whole point of a confirmed reservation is a guarantee that you will get at the least the class of vehicle you reserved. The manager made no effort to remedy the situation and forced me to locate a vehicle last minute. I've rented a lot of cars and have never had this happen. Unacceptable.

I've been renting with Enterprise in Iowa City for 10 years and continue to have excellent experiences. The customer service is exceptional and prices are reasonable. The cars are clean and run well.

The windshield wipers were shabby on the rental I picked up in iowa city. I took it to the Enterprise location in New Kensington PA (I think that's right) they sent me right over to Midas and they took less than 10 minutes to replace them. I love Enterprise.

About 2 hours ago our rental completely lost engine power halfway between our original destination and our home on I-80. We called roadside and the person was extremely unprofessional, told us that a tow truck would pick us up when one is available and that myself and my children probably wouldn’t fit in the tow truck with the luggage, so we should call emergency services. This didn’t sound right so while my husband was on the phone with roadside, I called the nearest Enterprise, which happened to be in Iowa City. Griffin answered and was incredibly helpful. He offered to call back within 5 minutes with a solution. He called back to let me know that they had someone preparing to bring us another vehicle and she would text me when she was leaving. Jaiden arrived and we had our things transferred to another vehicle before a tow truck even showed up. It was a scary situation being stranded in a construction zone on the interstate, semis passing us within a foot going 70 mph. Both Griffin and Jaiden were so professional and empathetic. Jaiden even helped us transfer our luggage. My husband is now driving again and I just didn’t want to forget about sharing our experience because I cannot express my appreciation enough. Thank you!

Had a pretty seamless experience renting with Enterprise from Omaha's airport to our drop-off in Iowa City! From reserving the car, picking it up, to dropping it off, I was never bothered. No paperwork, no hassle, and no surprises made for a great experience!

Great service! The new manager Aaron is awesome and really gives a great experience every time. The team is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they have great leadership. I will continue to get my rentals from Iowa City location.
