After a terrible experience with another propane company, I called this one. The office staff was helpful and caring, and they worked hard to help us. The driver communicated with us and was also very nice and helpful. So far, I give this company 5 stars.

Ferrellgas is GREAT! Friendly staff that work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. I switched from one of the other companies for that very reason and I am glad I did!!!

Saw your post on Facebook for $10 LP tank refills today. Great service and friendly staff. I made it there right as you closed and the gentleman working stuck around to fill my tanks. Thanks! Iowa City needs more places like you with great customer service.
