I wouldn’t recommend stopping here on a time crunch when the line is long. The drive thru service took 25 minutes. I ordered one western beagle. The drive through workers are nice and the food is good.

I hope this place is shut down. I came here once and no one helped at drive thru. I came a month later and the place was locked up. If this establishment is seriously in business they need to be shut down. This falls on the corporate too.

they have open on there website multiple times and whenever I show up the place isn’t even open. Terrible company can’t even update the website shows poor leadership.

Do not be fooled by the Jamba Juice in their name, they have not had complete ingredients to make any smoothies the last year I have been frequenting. There have been days I have been told at the drive through, that on top of not having the right smoothie ingredients that they don't have bagels or eggs for sandwiches. What kind of a bagel and smoothie fast food restaurant, doesn't have bagels or smoothies? If you commit to the one way drive through, I hope you don't wait in line just for them to say they lack the proper ingredients. Because it happens every trip I've taken here.

This location is extremely understaffed. I waited for over 30 minutes to get my food. They were trying to staff the drive thru and the walk ins and weren't Mr able to keep up.

I would like to start off by saying Bruegger's Bagels is very good. I got the Farmhouse which was a awesome option. My family and I went and ordered 4 bagels and it took a very long time. It was because one girl was in the back making all of the bagel orders for everyone. She was working so hard and trying her best to get the orders out. She did a great job working under difficult circumstances. We didn't get her name but she deserves recognition.

This was my first time here and I’ve been really wanting to try their açaí bowls but when we go to order, I was told they didn’t have any fresh fruit, but they could make me a smoothie? Your name is Jamba “juice” and you don’t have fruit? Super disappointed. We didn’t even end up ordering and left. If you’re looking for a great place to get a açaí bowl in Iowa city I recommend Everbowl!!

Takes way too long to get through drive-thru, expensive, messes up orders frequently and lastly overfill cups to the point it is spilling out and then hands it to you in a carrier. Completely covered in smoothies. Will not be back. Of course asked to tip before getting items, which we happily did and still get cups covered in smoothies.

Showed up at 2 pm on a Wednesday and they seemed to be closed, even though their posted hours are until 7 pm. I could see employees inside, but the doors were locked and no one answered the drive thru. What a waste of time.

35 minutes sitting in the drive thru for a small smoothie….this is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. I don’t blame the employees, it’s a management and franchise problem that’s been going on for years here. Last time I came here for a bagel, I was 35 minutes late for work because I sat waiting for almost 40 minutes. Thought maybe things would be different this time, clearly I was wrong. Never going back here, would rather die of thirst/hunger.

I waited 31 minutes in the drive through for two small smoothies. I would’ve left the line but once you’re in the drive through you can’t leave it. There were 4 people working. I don’t recommend going through the drive through.

Sat in line for over 60 minutes. Real bad service. Manager told drive thru employees to stop working drive thru and to help lobby customers instead. We were stuck in line. This manager needs to be fired. To not go to this location! Read all reviews.

You can tell they clearly are not treating their workers fairly. There was ONE girl working the entirety of Jamba Juice and Brueggers. She was cooking, running the register, making smoothies, packaging DoorDash orders, etc. completely by herself. Poor thing was being yelled at by everyone for how long it was taking, which was not fault of her own. The place is so understaffed and it’s clearly because they don’t take care of their employees. No one should have to work under those conditions and be paid so low. Shame on the owners and both corporations.
