Manager was very rude and yelled at a woman with mental health problems and treated her like a child (I’m her care provider through a program) he made my 62 year old client cry. Stating she was banned from the gas station. Staff stood up for the client. Stating that if he does not have written signed proof with a cops orders on it. He had nothing on document stating she was banned from the gas station. Manager then proceeded to yell at the clients care coordinator. The manager did not give the woman or worker to explain. We were stopped as soon as we reached the door and the manager pulled my client and I aside to further yell. Manager called the cops but the cops did not persue the client and staff. Very rude and spoke to my 62 year old client as if she was a child due to mental disabilities. Never going back. Especially with a manager like that. Rude and Inconsidering my clients mental health after being told she gets triggered easily. I defended my client against a man who does not deserve his position as a manager. I will not be returning to this gas station with that manager. It feels like an unsafe environment

Very poor service the person on duty servicing customers refused to open their inside bathroom for a paying customer. Wouldn't recommend using this gas station

Another great Iowa City Kum & Go store. Plenty of parking. Nicely stocked clean store. Friendly service. Use the app to get gas and use points to save money. Most of the other K&G stores are newly built or recently remodeled. Good selection of food, drinks, and other items.

I’m in great gratitude to the young manager. For his kindness and charity . And to all staff. You’re just not customers your family.. the customer and people skills ,respect to each customer’s needs. Is not only part of their training. But who they are as a community. I’m in great gratitude to Alfonso ( manager). For going above and beyond . The staff is a revolving door aside from the kitchen manager and general manager. The GM can seem friendly but when you see him around people he knows, he can be very rude.
