I really don’t mind which McDonald’s I go to because I never have a problem, I live between Mormontrek and riverside McDonalds. I ALSO don’t eat at McDonald’s Donald’s often so disappointed I had this experience. Me and my family went to go get breakfast around 8:30 am and were going to use the kiosk but we had a question about how to enter in a steak bagel. I went up to the counter and waited maybe 5 min.( in those 5 min a man who looked to be the manager dressed in all black, looked at me twice)and was ignored . My aunt was then able to flag down someone who was cleaning and ask if they were even seeking the steak bagel and all he said was yes as he walked away so we weren’t able to ask him how we order it. I then got very frustrated and yelled excuse me just in case someone really didn’t see me. The same man dressed in all black looked my way again and then a while later said “I can’t hear you” I could be wrong if he was talking to his associates, but we ended up leaving. Worst customer service I’ve had never been ignored. I could have gotten a simple “give me one moment” or something. Went to riverside mcdonalds after and had the very opposite interactions

Just run away, messed up drive thru order, went in and the manager messed it up again, third wasn’t fixed either. How hard is it to get two cheeseburgers and a 6pc nuggets correct. The manager is challenged!

All I wanted was a quick lunch for my husband & myself as we went home from the hospital. I ordered using the app. Got to the drive thru and they didn't confirm my name or order. Got to the first window & received my receipt. Got to the second window & received our drinks, straws, & bag of food. Parked to eat only to find that the drinks were the only correct items we received. I took the order back inside - and the man in the car ahead of the drive thru lane asked if they had messed up my order too. Well, that should have been an indicator of things to come.I got inside and NO ONE was at the counter to assist. Finally a young man helped me. I got a new bag of food, but no apology.Back in the car, and first thing I realize that we didn't receive our fries. So I go back inside for the second time. The young man who had helped me was with another customer so I got the attention of another employee; I received my fries, but again, no apology.And then the kicker - we received the wrong sauce for our chicken. By this point I was pissed. And entire dining room of people saw me come in the building three times. And they also saw me complain about the wrong dipping sauce. When I asked for the manager, all I got from her was a flippant "oh, sorry." It was obvious she didn't care at all.Wow, I can't imagine if we had just driven away without checking our order. I wonder if that's their hope...

Open 24/7 on weekends at this location is key. Love the fact the got the shake machine working all night which is major.

Nothing fast about fast food at this place. Every one of the 7 patrons in front waiting exorbitantly long for mostly wrong orders. Now I remember why it's been well over a year since I've been here.
