Their mission is to build an awesome community and provide an awesome experience. They have a very nice showroom with plenty of selection and convenient parking. The staff and sales people are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They are a very hard working company with a great moral compass. They are willing to work on stuff that other shops won't touch and provide proper service with paperwork to back it up. They are definitely the best and most honest scooter shop in all of Iowa City. Customers report great experiences, with the owner and staff going out of their way to help, including in emergency situations. Their diligent service leads to strong loyalty, with customers buying multiple scooters and returning for all their service needs.

Bought a nice used scooter for my son. Process was quick and informative. Shout out to Trevor, Brennen and Tyler for helping us put together a trailer hitch to transport it home safely. I really appreciated all of their help. My son is thrilled with his scooter.
