It’s a terrific location, near school and the rec center. The staff does an excellent job of promoting a sense of community with activities.like cookouts and game nights. The leasing agents are knowledgeable about the property and are available 24/7. Also, it’s a secure and safe environment.

i’ve been living here since january and i am so glad to be back! the staff is the best part of this place with how helpful they are, and matinence is always quick to help if you have any issues! my top favorite thing about the rise is the security, and knowing it makes my family know i’m safe far away from home!

BE AWARE that your roommate, whom you're living with, can tell you she is not subleasing over the summer, and then sublease her apartment and convince the sublessor that you are ok with that happening. And you dont find out until a random number texts you with screenshot proof that one, my roommate lied to both of us, and two, Rise gave my number out without a courtesy email. It is really concerning that they just let random people sign the lease without checking with the person already living there.
EDIT: Thank you for your response, though I must express that it did not address the core issue I raised — the failure of your current re-letting protocol to protect existing tenants from dishonest behavior and miscommunication. Even more concerning, this is not an isolated case. I’m aware of at least one other tenant in the building who experienced a nearly identical situation. Your system seems to allow roommates to sublet rooms without informing or receiving any form of consent or acknowledgment from the person currently residing in the unit. This creates an uncomfortable and unsafe living environment, and I find it unacceptable that such critical decisions are made without ensuring full transparency among all affected tenants.
Your message, while courteous, does not help resolve the dishonesty I’ve experienced or prevent it from happening again. I urge you to reconsider how re-lets are handled to include communication with current tenants — not just leaseholders — especially in shared-living arrangements.
