This is the fourth time I'm returning to Saad for my family's auto purchases. I drive from North Dakota for his business. He is very professional, friendly, clean, and has both mechanical and electrical experience. Iowa City is lucky to have him!!!

Very bad experience for me. The office staff Dakota is very rude. He looks like a homeless, but acts like the boss. Although they are very cheap in labor, they are not professional. I had to reschedule 2 times after going to the pre-scheduled appointment. They did not call me to inform that they cannot work on my car on the scheduled time. I had to go to the shop and return. Saad spent few visits and changed few parts to resolve the weird sound issue under the car hood. When he failed to solve the issue, he started behaving rude with me and left the shop suddenly. It was like I made a huge mistake bringing my car to him! The office staff Dakota ordered a refurbished alternator, but told me he ordered a new one. When I caught him with proper evidence, he started behaving rude and complained to the mechanic Saad about me. I do not recommend this auto shop.

His honesty and skill made me feel confident I was in good hands. Dakota provided top-tier customer service, keeping me updated throughout the process. Cam was efficient and thorough, making sure everything was perfect.
