Sad the other location near Arby's was still open. This location is always slow to help, unorganized and gives different info I get from other locations. Location is very convenient for me but results are always disappointing...

This store, NEVER !! Has any more than 3 employees working at one time. They have 8 desk/computers, but not employees, I have walked in 10-15 min after opening, maybe 3-4 people, and 100% of the time, someone is ALWAYS waiting. I have also walked in during peak hours, & AGAIN, only 3 employees, BUT 10 people waiting, and have seen 3-4 people walk out complaining, about the waiting time. Went in this morning 10-15 min after opening. 2 employees, 2 customers, being helped, one waiting. I stood there for 15-20 min, NOT ONE OF those employees asked, if I was there for phone issues or just to pay a bill, which I was actually there for, nor did they explain to customer “ I’ll be right back with you, he is here just to pay a bill, will take 2-3 min & I’ll get back with you, to handle your issue “. Or a third person, to possibly handle simple matters, such as a person there, just to pay a bill. This store/location ALWAYS HAS PEOPLE WAITING. For how long ? Could be 20 min, or longer. Just to pay a bill for some. BEWARE, if you go to this store, you WILL BE waiting for at least 20-30 min before anyone even gets to you.

Went in with a small problem and was informed they don't troubleshoot! Suggested I go to Best Buy for help or buy a new phone! I went home and called corporate, reported them (they were shocked) and got my phone fixed in 3-4 minutes

I’ve never had the best customer service with this store, until I went in there about a week ago. When my husband and I walked in, we were greeted and the gentleman who helped us first listened to our concerns. Although he couldn’t resolve our issue he did try his hardest and then he pointed us to his manager. Amanda(the store manager) was extremely nice, outgoing, and a wonderful person to work with. She fixed our issue, worked around some problems and got us the best rate with our monthly bill and helped me pick out a new phone. She even threw in some free accessories, which I thought was awesome! I would highly recommend going to this location and if Amanda is there, I would ask for her!

Kendra was absolutely amazing and treated me with the utmost respect. She was able to fix google maps from Spanish speaking to English speaking in a matter of a few minutes. Very sweet girl. ?

Went in with my 80+ year old parents to update their phone. It must have been geriatric day because a number of older people were in line ahead of us. I was amazed at how patient the staff was, even as the line grew.

My family has had US Cellular since my mom got our first cell phone in 1995 and have stayed loyal because it was great for a while. The last few years the overall experience has deteriorated. With traveling regularly for work, I would constantly lose reception on the interstate. There was no international plan at all so I had to pay a fortune by the minute/text/megabyte to use my phone. The billing and user interface of the online account is clunky and frustrating. We finally decided to switch to T-Mobile and have been incredibly happy with our improved service almost everywhere, simpler billing, better phone deals, cheaper monthly bills, and extra perks like not being charged to use a credit card to pay the bill. BUT when our account was cancelled, so was the next autopayment. So I tried to go online through the link in the bill email to pay and it said the account was closed. I called in instead and they charged me a fee to pay via phone. Anyway, that's my vent. I hadn't planned on writing a review even though our new service is so much better, but I'm tired of companies making you go out of your way or pay extra to get rid of their service.

Went in to buy a phone and the worker stood behind the counter and asked if I needed help, when I told him yes he then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any of the ones I wanted in the store and I would have to order online, when I asked him to order online he said no I would have to do it myself. I know this is not true because I just had them ship one last year to my house, he just didn’t want to do anymore work since it was closing in 30 minutes.
