If I could give less than one star I would. We have gotten other peoples mail repeatedly. I have gotten notifications that mail has been delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox. Customer service doesn’t have a clue when you call them. My certified mail with sensitive information is missing, I am beyond frustrated.

I can never seem to get my packages. I hate using this service, and it is a mirror of this country's integrity.
