this place is a joke , I had passport appointment and when I arrived there was told my passport appointment was cancelled and need to reschedule , after I set all my appointments around the passport appointment , znd drove 1/2 hour to get there , they have no consideration to people time or what so ever, I hope department of state will find a way for passport application that doesn't include us post .

They Cancelled my passport appointment in first time without any reason two days ago but I walked in and figured out they did the passport work with their favor people. I don’t understand why they treated people in different ways.

As others have mentioned, they constantly cancel passport appointments. I've been trying to get in for months and after scheduling weeks in advance, they have canceled my appointment twice now the day of, just hours before my appointment was supposed to be with no reason given.

Giving it four stars because while understaffed the postal workers at this location have always been friendly and professional, including for passport renewal. But wait times can get long. In the last several years it's typically only two people at the front helping customers and lines that can stretch 10+ people, some of whom of course require some time to assist. The last time I was there both workers were having to manage customers who took about 15 minutes each. For what it's worth we love our regular IC postman.

Employees are extremely rude. Can't not figure out how to problem solve an issue. Rudely hang up and then don't answer your phone calls

Every time USPS has been used to ship an order (i.e. Amazon orders), I have not received the package. I have over six packages that are missing, all of which have supposedly been delivered to my “mailbox”, which is not possible because my apartment complex does not have them. They do not answer their phones, and when I asked in person about them I was told that they do not know where the packages are but that they “may have been returned”. I do not have the personal contact information for these sellers and never was informed of this the first several times I asked, so getting either the mail or the money back seems unlikely. This has been happening for almost half a year at this point and is completely ridiculous.

Had to call 4 times during regular business hours for someone to answer the phone. Unable to schedule passport appointments over the phone or in person must go online that doesn’t work half the time.

If there was a way to vote no stars I would. Possibly the worst service ever. kept the mail for 2 weeks and didn't deliver it, no reason given. what a model of government efficency....

I set up an appointment to get a passport for 2:00 and when I showed up at at 1:45, they said the person won't be in until 2:15. Not a huge deal but what is the point of setting up an appointment for them to tell me they can't make it? Also, don't tell me to show up 15 mins early for an appt that you can't even make it to!!

Typical government ran stupidity. Went in for passport appointment after driving from tiffin to Iowa City and waited in line for 10 min just for them to tell me they cancelled all the passport appointments and notified nobody....

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a passport renewal. I came prepared and it would have taken less than 2 minutes. When I came in for my appointment, I was told that my appointment got canceled because the person is on lunch..I did not receive any emails about the cancelation. And quite frankly, I do not understand why someone would purposely take lunch when they know they have appointments.. She could have taken it earlier.I asked if I can come back later that day, and was told no and that I have to make a new appointment online.It is unprofessional to cancel an appointment on the day of.. and I do not understand why the time slots are available in the first place if they were planning to take lunch on that time. Unreasonable.
