The gals here are super friendly and helpful, but a few of the young guys act like they're doing you a huge favor while ringing up your order. The ladies do their best to accommodate product requests, especially since they have a limited marketplace here in Iowa Falls and their retail space is on the small side. That being said, the convenience of popping in is fantastic, but their prices and hours should be improved. Some stuff they sell is a bit steep (though worth the extra $$ for the proximity IMHO). Also, not being open on the weekends and only open 7am-5pm on the weekdays (basically banker's hours) is a huge drawback. My advice: ensure the whole retail staff is fully engaged with retail customers, bring those prices down so that you're more in line with the big box stores, and keep your shop open for when working folks have DIY project time (evenings and weekends). All in all, I do like the place and I'll always be a customer.

I had sheat rock. I ordered 3 years ago. Haven't picked up yet they still have it for me. Ben and Jeff. Are fantastic?You can trust them forever.The company is fantastic!

Went in there on a Saturday right before they were suppose to close for a simple piece of lumber. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and notified me of the time and that they only had so much time for me. EXTREMELY RUDE

I went in just before closing and they were kind enough to let me look in the yard for the material I needed. The guys in the yard could not have been friendlier. Small town lumberyards are getting fewer and fewer.

Ask for a quote for single hung window. The gentleman was nice but holy cow 221$ for a replacement window. Better off going to menards or home depot.
