“I must say by far the best customer service . We purchased new washer and dryer set for our new home and we made the mistake of not measuring . Jones delivered it and it did not fit in doorway of laundry room even after taking door off . I thought it was lost money but these kind people understood and not only took them back from exchange after we opened them but found us the right size and are delivering them within 30 minutes. Ives always shopped small to support local and I will always continue to do so. Thanks again”
