Jessi the store manager was very nice and helped me with all my needs. She was very patient and friendly with me and helped me get everything that I needed. Had great etiquette and still hilarious. Very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bond with her team. Overall such a great experience from a phone store!

Jessie from the Iowa falls Verizon store was very happy to help, and made sure I got everything I needed done for me. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend her help to anyone that comes in.

Since Jessi took over store seems to not have enough help. She seems Overwhelmed. She acts so stressed out. When Mike was there this Store was amazing and Mike went over and beyond for everyone. Seems like everytime you go here the store is closed doors locked and seems like the person running store dont care. Sorry bout review being this way but someone should know...Now i do everything on line...Thank you

Store hours say open until 6:00 p.m. Showed up at 4:15 and the door was locked, lights off. No sign on the door. No hours visibly posted. Only one person works in this store. Guess we'll burn the gas and go to Marshalltown or elsewhere.

Got at the store just before 10 so we could be here when they opened. At 10 o’clock we went to the door and it was locked. Kept checking periodically as we sat in the truck. Sat here till 10:30am and door was still locked. No help at all. 6 cars came and left while we were here. ??♀️

Jessi was very helpful! She helped me switch my phone number from my parent’s account to my very own account. She also helped me set up my own plan. I was there for a while, but it didn’t feel like long!

Awesome experience. Manager, Jessi is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly talented. Her ability to multitask is like no other. She took a boring and tedious task and made it fun. Won’t go to any other Verizon retailer!

2 times in. 2 times satisfied. First time was to get my mother a new phone on my account; we ended up getting her a Pixel 7. The man we spoke to (I don't remember his name now) was just phenomenal. VERY helpful, very understanding in her questions, and took as long as needed to explain everything in detail.2nd time in was tonight. Her Google Pixel 7 had issues. I called Verizon's 800 support number, got a warranty replacement. Fine and dandy; BUT once the replacement came, none of the 800 customer support people could figure out how to transfer the eSIM. I spoke with them 3 different times to get this figured out; and was left frustrated each and every time. I had enough, called the Verizon Store in Iowa Falls, and Jessi said she'll try her best. $10 for a physical SIM card, and about 5 minutes after entering the store, Jessi had me squared away, new phone had the correct number & service. VERY fast and VERY friendly reps in this store! Would be happy to recommend anybody and everybody to this particular store!.

I want Verizon to know that they have a Super Great Employee Named Jessie at the Iowa Falls location,this young lady went beyond her duties to help me she is friendly,smart and will take her time to fix the problem .We sure do need more people like her in this world .Thank you Jessie for your Help and time.
