Towing near Iowa Falls, IA

“I normally do not leave reviews but felt I had to write this one:
My family and I had driven over 1900 miles straight through no stops. About 100 miles before we reached our destination we got a flat tire. At this point we were in the middle of nowhere in Iowa. Our rental car had no spare and no tools. We called both the rental company and AAA both would have left us stranded for 4-6 hours. We finally called 911, Deputy Christian Copper came out to make sure we were safe but ended up helping us. He called Mason from Masons Towing to see if they could come out and change our tire with a tire they might have at their shop. I myself talked with Mason for a while, he has trying everything he could do to help us and not only help us but to do it as fast as he could. It was a Saturday and everyone was with their families. That did not stop him from helping. He sent out one of his employees, I think if my memory serves me correctly his name was Steven. Steven was able to remove the tire, take it all the way back to the shop, bring back a spare they had, as our original was not fixable and put the new one on. All this took less than 2 hours from the time the deputy showed up until we got back on the road. Also want to mention that their pricing was AMAZING for the service they provided. Mason and Steven long with Deputy Copper were angels from Heaven that day. They saved us from being stuck on the highway for hours. We are so grateful for Masons Towing and would not hesitate to use them again if need be. Please do reach out to them if you need their services, they truly are amazing people.
