I usually love this Hy-Vee and it has been full of friendly, helpful employees. Today was the first time I had an unfriendly cashier. I can only hope that next time Wendy can at least fake a smile and friendly attitude.

I want to thank the floral ladies for my order that I had sent to my mom. living farther away from her means it can be difficult but these florists always make sure the arrangements are perfect even when I am not in person to choose. Order was on time and not a crazy delivery fee for going all the way to Hampton.

I sent my mom Mother's Day flowers from this Hy-vee. While they didn't have my first choice (African Violets) they subbed with the even more beautiful red and white mini-roses. I live out of state and I am so thankful that the floral staff selected such pretty flowers for my mom. She LOVED them.

I have encountered a problem when buying Amazon gift cards at this HyVee. I will purchase the card and get an activation at the checkout but when I try to load the card into my Amazon account, it comes back as already redeemed on another account. Amazon tells me to take it back to HyVee for a refund, but HyVee refuses to deal with it. So far I've lost $250 cash on these bogus cards. DO NOT PURCHASE AMAZON GIFT CARDS FROM THIS HYVEE STORE.

David is perfect. I am an invalid and he gets down on the floor to pull out the cans I want. I have never had a bad experience and all employees I have met are helpful--even going to my van to help me enter. They have a good selection competitively prices. Their "restaurant" is clean, and portions generous. I live in Radcliffe and enjoy the drive and entering Hy-Vee where I am greeted warmly. The manager sometimes checks the groceries as I cannot reach the counter and if I ask him where a product is, he will get it for me.

The general manager Cameron Olson is a complete a****** He's lost so many good employees and managers. He is a sexist pig. He was sent to Iowa Falls because he couldn't handle a bigger store. Do not shop there, the kitchen is a disgrace and the food is not fresh.
