  Sue the receptionist did not file my return property. I (on multiple occasions) went in to ask questions and she declined to help me with my questions. I’ve been going to them for a few years and never had a problem till this year. I then just called her and she proceed to tell me she wasn’t going to amend my return based on her mistake of entry. Then proceeded to hang up on me. Will NOT be going back nor will I have my family going there either anymore.
