Waiting for pharmacy to open, employee walks up and asks if she can help us with anything we just say we are waiting for meds/it to open, she says snotty “well it’s going to be awhile!”Like we understand, that’s why we are waiting? No reason to be rude about it, we weren’t expecting her to just jump right on it like she seemed to assume.This doesn’t feel like any hyvee I’ve been to before.

Love the breakfast selection when every one else is closed. We were visiting family from Scottsdale Az and were on the run and in am always jumping in yelp or google for new places to try (husbands family lives here in Iowa) was awesome. Staff was great as well.

Very great nice employees (Roxeanne and Heather). My Dr.'s have tried to convince me to change to the other pharmacy. But, I try to remeber these ladies and John from the old store. They were good to my mother- in- law. The issues i have had here is meds. Are never ready alot of the time. Or they say they cant fill my meds. But when i call my insurance they tell me they can be. Filled. I have also had the tuf of war of the pharmacy telling me my dr. Hasn't sent the script in. But when i call my dr. Office they say they have sent it. And they say they sent 2 hrs. Ago to them. So when i call bk they say still dont have. Or when my husband checked on a medicine for me they say cant fill it yet. Then literally as soon as he gets home the pharmacy calls to say its in and i can pick it up now. Let me remind you we live 15 to 20 min. Away.

It's no helpful smiles in any isle FAR TO EXPENSIVE HYVEE!! I avoid it like it's a disease!!

This store only carries Starbucks refrigerated drinks. It is not an actual counter space to get hot coffees.

I went to order a cake and stood at the bakery for over 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I ordered the cake a full week before the event. When I showed up on 4/6 to pick up the cake I was told it hadn’t been done. I will give Tammy credit as she called someone to find out what was going on and then fixed the situation to the best of her ability; what if Tammy hadn’t been there? This store is getting trashier by the day. A friendly smile in every aisle? Hardly. You’ve lost another piece of my business.

I normally shop their produce section but I bought 2 red bell peppers from there 2 days ago and I went to cut them open and they're already moldy. Not happy bout it! Really need to switch out your produce!

Best restaurant in the area if you like a lot of variety on the menu. High quality food and served in a respectable time. The service is great as well.

Went here yesterday for a little lunch. Our food was fresh and tasty. We could of even had a cold beer for only $2.00. There are nice TV’s to enter you, if you needed to be entertained. Hy-Vee is what Jefferson needed.

Amazing that a town of this size can have a grocery store that is this awesome! Hy-Vee's are so solid where ever you go! And this one is no different.. Big fish in little bowl!
