Alexa was awesome in explaining us cellular systems. She found how we could reduce our monthly fee by getting rid of a tablet we no longer use. She upgraded our system we have a much more user friendly system.

My new phone is set up and easy to use because Jolene was exceptionally patient and kind giving me more time than I probably deserved. She made certain that the lesser known settings were tended to properly. Jolene is a delight, always smiling and helpful.wish I could give her 6 stars.
