I had such a great experience at this shop! I had metal stuck in my rear view mirror bracket, they got it out when three other shops failed. They looked at my headlights issues and solved the mystery. These guys took the time to answer all of my questions. They did not charge me for their time and effort, for their excellent customer service. I'm thankful!

You will leave with random charges added without your consent. My truck left the shop in much worse condition than i brought it there.

Was traveling through and stayed 1 night at Jefferson. Tire light came on added air but next morning it was very low again. I went down to Wahl-McAtee tire at 7:15 in the morning. The super nice guy got my car right in, they found a hole, fixed my tire, I payed the bill ( which was super reasonable) and back at the hotel all within 30 min. A big THANK YOU for such great service and hospitality to a stranger traveling through.

I was in Iowa for work and got a flat on my rental car. I had no time to spare, and they got me right in and fixed the tire. Everret was so polite. 100% one of the best experiences I have ever had from a tire store!!!

These people go out of their way to help. Always has be great with service and just a great place to do business with. If you need service they are the best. They understand your needs and bend way way over backwards to help. You don't see this type of service in a lot of places. My number one place to go to. Just a business that wants to help customers, fair prices and great service.

I had an excellent experience at Goodyear Tire recently. I was an hour away from home when a piece of plastic underneath my car fell down and started scraping against the pavement, making a very loud noise. I decided to stop by Goodyear Tire to see if they could help. I was prepared to drive home with the issue unless they had a tool and could quickly remove the piece for me. To my surprise, they assisted me immediately and fixed the problem in just 10 minutes without charging me a dime. Their prompt and generous service truly made my day. I highly recommend Goodyear Tire for their outstanding customer care and willingness to go the extra mile.

Once again McAtee comes to the rescue for a flat tire. I called right when they opened and in less than 30 minutes my vehicle was off of the roadway and safe and sound at their shop. Fixed within the hour. I had the same experience with them about 3 years ago and it's why I keep coming back.
