I absolutely love these people. They treat you as a human being. They don't judge they have your back. I drive 25 min one way but would drive 2 hours to have them on my side compared to soooo many other pharmacys. Keep up the great job. Thank you for always being there. You are the best there is!!

They are extremely friendly with great customer service. They go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. I will never ever switch back to the HyVee pharmacy in Greene County Iowa. I had such a terrible experience there.

Very Friendly Staff and always greets and treats their customers like Family.... Best Place to go get your medicine and if they don't really know the answer to your questions they will work hard until they do have the answer for you. I've been a customer with them for a long time now and I'll always refer anyone I know to them.

When my husband had a procedure in Des Moines and wasn't discharged until after 8 pm, we weren't sure how we could get his pain meds filled as we were struggling to find any pharmacy with prescription services still open. I called Medicap, and Taylor met us at Medicap at nearly 10 pm to fill the prescription and get his needed supplies. Even at that time of night, Taylor took his time to explain medications, offer suggestions, and answer questions- and all with a smile. Medicap Jefferson has a customer for life due to that stellar service!
