“Check engine light came on, in my Subaru on Wednesday, stopped at Craig’s and they cleared the computer so we could get on our way for another 200 hundred miles. Stopped at Subaru dealer in DesMoines they could not help till next day. Went on home and it cleared it self. Can’t say enough about Craig’s they were great thanks so much. It’s nice to work with professionals. Greg”

“The flatbed is amazing but please, lets make a filler neck/hole that actually works. Have a fleet of these on our trucks and if you're nor clicking the handle 100 times or holding it in place to stay in the neck you're wiping the side of bed off because it shot out and gets soaked. Maybe have the design team try this sometime... it's frustrating.”
“We were traveling to Wisconsin pulling a camper on I-35 and had a flashing and then steady check engine light come on in our Suburban. I called to see if they had time to check out the fault codes. He was so accommodating! He checked the codes for us right away and gave us some advice on how to proceed along our way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient in his thorough explanation and advice. We felt really well taken care of and felt he really cared. We were so glad to be back on the road with his advice. I wish I would have thought to go pick him up a lunch for a thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this shop for my car needs if we lived closer. And we met a customer outside that we chatted with for a few minutes and he told us how good the shop is at winterizing his camper. This was a very good stop we made.”
“I come here often enough. Lots of wind turbine components. Fast loading and unloading. Easy loads. Tarping can be a pain if it's windy. After you load up, you can pull straight through the back lot and make a loop around. There's a truck stop barely 1\4 mile away off I35 for overnight parking, or you can park safety on the street and enjoy peace and quiet.”
